My new Canon Powershot G9 is a “prosumer,” or douchbag cam. Somewhere along the way madison avenue realized that fat men in the suburbs would spend money to buy products that make them look lame. My camera isn’t very fancy but it codes PROFESSIONAL and EXPENSIVE. If only I had a photo vest to go with it.
