I can’t over emphasize the importance of noting aperture when shooting outside, specifically landscapes. The higher the aperture setting, the more depth of field. The more depth of field the more beautiful things appear. With a digicam you always have amazing depth of field because of how small the camera sensor is but if you can select your aperture you should set it as high as possible.
