On a regular basis I have meetings in states offices that were once a mental hospital. Sometimes I actually attend the meetings but often I just skip them and use my mad bureaucratic ninja skillz to explore the different parts of the building. On this occasion, I was so tired that I fell asleep reading a Business Week from 2004.

According to Business Week from four years ago, personal wealth will continue to rise, personal debt is not a problem, there is no housing bubble and art is a solid investment.

I’d like to say that I took this picture in an abandoned part of the building but sadly this is in a “renovated” section.
