My dad used to talk about something called “friction fires.” Friction fires were caused by the friction generated between a match and a mortgage payment. A similar term would be (ethnic slur)+ lightning.

In this case it is a simple problem of a beautiful building sitting on a very valuable piece of land. Home Depot couldn’t topple it, Wal*mart was severely maimed but condos always win.
